2. Services

We provide services such as:

 

• Podcast concept development

• Audio and video production

• Editing and post-production

• Consulting and creative direction

 

 

Exact deliverables are defined in individual agreements or offers.

 

 

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when a client accepts a written offer or confirms collaboration via email or written agreement.

 

 

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are agreed individually unless otherwise stated.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

 

 

5. Cancellation and termination

Projects may be cancelled by mutual agreement. Any work already completed will be invoiced accordingly.

 

 

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final delivered content becomes the property of the client after full payment.

We reserve the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

 

 

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

 

 

8. Data protection

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated on this website.

 

 

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
